We are longtime fans of Miho Imada's vibrant sakes. Her Fukucho brands are well-known for ample acidity and minerality which make them terrific for pairing with shellfish and other seafoods.

Fukucho Seaside is no exception! Expect tight and crisp bubbles from a secondary in-bottle fermentation and loads of acid and tart citrus from the white koji used in the mash. This sake is a favorite with natural wine drinkers, with its freshness and complexity.
